About Your Choice Social Centre.

Your choice social centre is a day service provider for young adults and adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Your Choice Social Centre was founded in April 2012 by, Paul Scott and Paul Goldsmith. Having worked for a company who decided to close their own day centre, both felt compelled to do something for those clients who were left without a day service to attend. And so, Your Choice Social Centre was born.

Your choice social centre has grown and developed . Achieving recognition in the Norfolk care awards for the great work we do. We offer a bespoke service to all of our members creating packages designed for them, Providing a day services for you with you!

2018 marked a significant change for your choice social centre as due to personal reasons Paul goldsmith resigned from the company, Leaving Paul Scott to continue the good work. Since his departure we have moved to new purpose build premises and continued to develop the service we offer.

Your choice social centre is constantly looking to evolve and develop new opportunities for our members and future users. It is our firm belief that everybody who receives care should have a voice and a choice about what they do and when they do it.
